Municipal Office Late Opening - December 11

The Town municipal office at 575 Dominion Avenue will be operating reduced hours on Wednesday, December 11 to accommodate a staff event. The office will open for the day from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Today Mayor Bill Gordon gathered with staff, members of Council and members from the community to lower the flags for the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.
Today we remember the 14 women who were tragically taken in the 1989 'École Polytechnique tragedy, along with all those impacted by gender-based violence. Thank you to the local organizations who were in attendance today and for your work in our community.

Mid-Pen Transit Service Cancellation

Town of Midland Council adopted the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan in May 2023 to lay out the priorities of Council for their four-year term. The plan sets clear priorities and focuses on five key priorities:

Stabilize and Streamline Service Delivery: Seek operational efficiencies, cost savings and value for services.
Infrastructure Management: Ensure sufficient financial resources to maintain infrastructure.
