Midland raises flag for the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign

Today Mayor Bill Gordon, gathered with staff and members from the Midland Salvation Army and was joined by Tiny Township Mayor David Evans to raise the Salvation Army flag and kick off the 2024 Kettle Campaign that started on November 21. Thank you to the dedicated team and volunteers with the Salvation Army for all you do.
You can find kettles locally in: Midland at Walmart, Real Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, LCBO (in December), and one at the Penetanguishene Village Square Mall.

Winter Parking Restrictions are in effect

Winter parking restrictions are in effect starting tonight.
From November 15 to April 1, all Town roads and parking lots need to be clear of vehicles between the hours of 12am and 7am.

Mayor Bill Gordon gathered with staff and council members to lower the flags for Indigenous Veterans Day. Today honours the contributions of First Nations, Métis and Inuit people who participated in and continue to serve in Canada’s military efforts.
